With over 13 years in IT and 8½ years at VMit, I lead the delivery and day-to-day management of our technical services, line-managing the technician team and supporting complex areas such as Cyber Essentials, servers, Azure, networks, and security-critical decisions. I also act as account manager for many of our larger clients, working closely with them on renewals, hardware planning, procurement, and long-term IT strategy.
Having progressed from 1st line technician to my current role, I bring a broad technical foundation backed by senior Microsoft and security certifications. I focus on helping security-conscious organisations use technology as a strategic asset, ensuring reliable infrastructure, strong compliance, and clear communication, while mentoring apprentices and supporting the continued development of both our clients and our team.
