As a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for strategic development of ICT, securing long term ICT support had become a priority. We needed a flexible arrangement that would provide regular technical support as well as emergency support when problems arose.
We have used VM it for all of our ICT technical support since September 2006.
Services include regular maintenance as well as software and hardware fault finding and installations. VM it have also provided technical advice to the school when sourcing new hardware and have started to assist the school in providing assistance in establishing it’s long term ICT strategy.
We have always found VM it to be professional and reliable. Staff often comment on their helpful and discrete manner and we have always found them to be extremely thorough and competent when completing work, often showing the dedication of a member of school staff as opposed to an outside consultancy.
