I have used VMIT for all of my IT needs for over 8 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
When anything doesn’t work as it should, or I’m confused, I simply email or pick up the phone and ask for help. The remote access system they use is a game changer, allowing for immediate remote control to rectify the issue (be that user error or some system bug), saving so much time and money. The majority of work is completed remotely keeping any disruption to a minimum.
